I tried to create an account but I am seeing an error message that says my subscription is already associated with one. What can I do?<\/div>\nIf your subscription is already associated with an account, please\u00a0<\/span>sign in<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to that account. If you have trouble recalling which email address is associated with your subscription and you have further questions, please reach out to Customer Service by calling 1 855-205-0533 (+1 332-334-7834 if outside of the U.S.) or by emailing help@archdigest.com<\/p>\n
I unsubscribed from an email or newsletter but am still receiving it. What can I do?<\/div>\nYou can manage your email preferences online at any time. Visit ArchitecturalDigest.com and select the profile icon in the top-right corner, select Newsletters, this will take you to the newsletter section, uncheck the box of any newsletter you would no longer like to receive. It may take up to forty-eight hours for your request to be processed.<\/p>\n

Why won\u2019t the pages of the archive turn?<\/div>\nYou may not be signed in, which is often due to your browser\u2019s cookies. You\u2019ll then want to exit out of the browser, reopen it, and sign in again. Refreshing the page may also solve the problem.<\/p>\n
